My Dietitian

My Dietitian helps improve Corporate Wellness by giving users direct access to a personal Registered Dietitian. Premium users have a dedicated RD assigned to their personal, private account for daily tracking, feedback, and recommendations on diet habits.

Users record their diet with the My Dietitian mobile app throughout the day and automatically build a daily profile of their diet. At midnight, the profile is passed to the assigned Registered Dietitian for evaluation and feedback on that specific 24 hour timeline. The relationship is private, secure and convenient for users.

As the owner of the iOS project, I was tasked with development of version 2.0 of the mobile app, which included a complete re-write of the original app, as well as ushering in a wave of iOS 7-related design changes. The app was created as a white-label product, easily extensible and re-themeable for partnership deals.

PatientReach Tablet

PatientReach is the all new digital Check-in Tool that replaces the clipboard and engages your patients.  The service is available with Solutionreach's SR Platform.  

PatientReach Tablet allows your patients to:

• Enter and update patient information
• Take a photo for your records
• Sign and verify forms
• Verify and enter insurance information
• Leave reviews about your practice
• Refer friends and family
• Share practice information via Facebook and Twitter
• Subscribe to educational campaigns

Patientreach is the first iOS app published to the app store during my employment as a software developer at Solutionreach.  Patientreach Tablet was an ideal project to work on because we were able to spend a lot of time iterating on UI design, graphics, backend, etc.  It was work completed as part of a team where extensive testing and code reviews were a regular part of the process.

Street Prices USA

Street Prices USA is a crowdsourced data collection app that aims to identify how much money the United States could make from taxing cannabis sales, were it legalized nationwide.

Completed as a contractor for AppJester.

Circle Pix

CirclePix is a video upload app that assists real estate agents in marketing their properties for sale.  Agents upload videos directly from their phone to the CirclePix database, and those videos are subsequently uploaded to YouTube under the user’s CirclePix account.  Requires a CirclePix Star Marketing account.  

CirclePix was developed in connection with AppJester.

Candy Jar Estimator

Candy Jar Estimator is a creative utility to help you win those guess-the-number-of-candies-in-this-jar competitions.  It was developed for the BYU Mobile App competition in Fall 2011, and was the second major app Paperplate Design made to the Google Play store.

The idea is simple.  1) Select your candy, 2) Select your jar, 3) Customize your jar size if needed, 4) get the number of candies in the jar, and lastly (of course), win your competition!  The math is complex, yet simple when you break it down, and it was a fun project to undertake.  Candy Jar Estimator was developed in connection with Bryce Packard and DevelopingUS.
